AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 153.077 OF THE BREEZY POINT CITY CODE, ZONING, PROVIDING FOR WATER
ORIENTED STORAGE
STRUCTURES
The purpose of this ordinance is to provide for, under certain conditions, an accessory building of no more than 120 square feet in the riparian area 20 feet from the ordinary high water level.
