Mary Ellen Showalter, 82, of Akeley, Minnesota, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, at Heritage Living Center in Park Rapids, Minnesota.
Mary is survived by her husband of 48 years, Leslie Showalter; her children, Sandy Huben, Jackie Johnson, Tim Odland, Peter Odland, Mary Beth White and Leslie Showalter Jr.
Funeral services were Saturday, June 23, 2012, at 1 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Akeley with the Rev. Harvey Kietzman officiating. Visitation was from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Interment was in the Lemon Cemetery, rural Akeley.
