NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPERTY CLEAN-UP

The Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing, pursuant to Section 8.04 of the Crow Wing County Solid Waste Management Ordinance, for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, in the County Board Room, 3rd Floor, Historic Courthouse, Brainerd, MN.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider clean-up of the following properties in violation of the Solid Waste Management Ordinance:

7589 County Road 13, Nisswa

17146 Bernard Road, Brainerd
