Kids and guns - a winning combination

The Pine River-Backus/Pequot Lakes Trap Shoot team enjoyed a fantastic first year by finishing second in the conference and having a great showing at the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League tournament June 9-10.

We could not have had this success without all of our area sponsors. Thanks to you, the athletes paid only the $70 activity fee (same as all other sports at the high school).

And a special thank you to all the athletes on the team and their parents/grandparents who made this fastest growing sport in high schools today a fabulous experience. We are already looking forward to next year.
