YOU ARE NOTIFIED that default has occurred in the conditions of the following described Association liens:
INFORMATION REGARDING LIENS TO BE FORECLOSED:
This is a foreclosure for unpaid
annual assessments, including maintenance fees, property taxes, late fees, and accruing interest, as authorized by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 515B, and the recorded Declarations of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions ("Declarations") recorded against the below described real estate.
1. Declaration Information:
a. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, dated November 13, 1997 and filed for
record on November 25, 1997 as Document Number 128148 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Crow Wing County, Minnesota.
b. Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions, dated August 11, 1998 and filed for record on September 9, 1998 as Document Number 132321 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Crow Wing County, Minnesota.
c. Said Declaration gives Eagles Nest Owners Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation ("Association") a continuing lien against the following described timeshare intervals for unpaid
annual assessments, together with interest, costs, and attorneys' fees.
2. The Association has complied with all conditions precedent to
foreclosure of the liens as set forth below and as required by statute.

Notice of Lien, dated February 7, 2011 and filed for record on June 29, 2011, as Document Number 212025, in the Office of the
Registrar of Titles, County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota.
(6) Lien amount at time of filing said Notice of Lien: $1,063.91.
(7) Lien amount on date of this
Notice: $2,355.24.
4. Lien holder for the above-
described liens: Eagles Nest
Owners Association, Inc., a
Minnesota non-profit corporation
("Association").
5. Said Liens have not been assigned.
6. No other action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debts secured by these liens, or any part thereof.
7. Said Declarations, in conjunction with Minn. Statutes, Chapter 515B, authorize said Association to
foreclose said liens for unpaid
annual assessments, property taxes, late payment fees, and
interest by advertisement.
8. Said real property is Registered (Torrens).
INFORMATION REGARDING FORECLOSURE:
9. The Association is not a
transaction agent, mortgage
servicer, mortgage originator, lender, or broker as defined by Minn. Stat. Section 58.02.
10. The requisites of Minn. Stat. Section 580.02 have been satisfied.
11. Pursuant to the power of sale in the above-referenced Declarations, and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 515B, said liens will be foreclosed, and the premises
subject to said liens will be sold by the Sheriff of Crow Wing County, Minnesota, at public auction on August 15, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff's Main Office, Law
Enforcement Center, 304 Laurel Street, Brainerd, Minnesota, 56401.
12. The time allowed by law for
redemption by the Owner of Record or its personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months after the date of sale.
