Date and Place of Filing: Filed July 25, 2006, Crow Wing County Recorder as Document No. 713449 Assignments of Mortgage: Not Assigned. Legal Description of Property: Lots 17 and 18, Block 16, Second Addition to the Town of Brainerd. County in Which Property is Located: Crow Wing County, Minnesota. The Amount Claimed to be Due on the mortgage on the date of the notice: Fifty-six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-one & 75/100 Dollars ($56,521.75)
