Chloe Bermel, left, and Vanessa Lane competed at a USA track meet on Feb. 3 at Concordia University. Lane broke the all-time Minnesota state 55-meter record with a 7.56-second run in the 17-18 age bracket. She also finished second overall in the 200 meters. Bermel won the 55- and 200-meter dashes.
