The Breezy Point North Stars were defeated by Granite City 4-0 on Sunday, Jan. 13. It was the North Stars ninth straight loss and dropped the first-year Junior Tier III team to 3-30 overall.
Breezy Point is scheduled to play at Granite City on Friday, Jan. 18, host Alexandria at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19.
Against Granite City, winning goaltender Austin Wilson made 28 saves while losing netminder Erikur Arnason also had 28 stops.
On Saturday, Jan. 12, Breezy Point lost to the Minnesota Flying Aces 8-0
On Friday, Jan. 11, the North Stars lost to North Iowa 7-2.
