Drey Loge of the Pine River-Backus football team received player of the year honors from the East Division of the North Star Conference.
He received the Rohn Stark most valuable special teams player award.
In addition, Loge and three other PR-B teammates were named to the All-North Star Conference team.
Honored were quarterback-defensive back Beau Howard, running back-linebacker Loge, running back-defensive lineman Jared Adkins and offensive-defensive lineman Weston Smith.
PR-B players receiving honorable mention were receiver-defensive back Brandon Mager, offensive-defensive lineman Dalton DeLong and offensive-defensive lineman Dylan Irish.
