Put leash on aggressive dog
Uppgaard Wildlife Refuge — I have walked hundreds of miles in this beautiful wooded area over the last 20 years. I have heard, from my fellow dog walking neighbor, about the gentleman with the German shepherd that acted aggressive toward their basset hound earlier this year.
Recently I think I met the same man with the aggressive German shepherd while walking at Uppgaard. My 10-year-old golden retriever got a good shaking from the dog. Our walk was cut short and we left the area. The man was skiing and had only his voice for controlling the dog, which was not enough.
My point for writing is to warn other walkers and to tell the man with the aggressive dog to put a leash on it or muzzle it.

Same thing goes for the PBT. There is rule that dogs must be leashed but we have come across unleashed dogs that are at face level. They will bite at our feet and legs. People just don't get it. Keep a leash when you are out with other dogs or people.

Rode the PBT yesterday and same women out near Backus with unleashed dog.
