Donna Keiffer has developed two aerobic programs at the Crosslake Community Center. She has been teaching fitness for many years and is excited at the growing attendance of both classes. She loves what she is doing because people put their trust in her to help them maintain healthy, happy lives.

Silver Sneakers — Muscular Strength and Range of Movement: Get fit, have some fun and make new friends. Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and balance.
The class uses hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball. The exercises can all be done by sitting in a chair or by standing behind the chair for support if needed.
Join us for Silver Sneakers from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays.
Donna also offers an additional class that is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10 a.m. Improve your overall fitness in this fun aerobics class that also includes strength training routines.
The community center is a great place to get started in a fitness routine. The director, Jon Henke, is a certified personal trainer and would be happy to help you get started with a program that could improve your daily living skills.
