Richard E. Johnson, 89, of Minneapolis and Crosslake, was preceded in death by wife, Elaine. He is survived by children, Greg (Barbara) Johnson, Scott (Shelley) Johnson, Gayle (Scott) Rangus and Cheryl (David) Topitzhofer; grandchildren, Hayley (Chad) Rafferty, Tyler (Ruth) Johnson, Kristofer Rangus, Heidi (Danyon) Sommers, Mike and Noelle Topitzhofer, Olivia and Madeline Knutson, and Lindzee Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Parker Johnson and Elsa Sommers.
Funeral service was Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Salem Covenant Church, Silver Lake Road and Fifth Street Northwest, New Brighton, with visitation two hours prior to service. Interment Hillside.
