Pine River-Backus first-grader Nathan Nations is the first winner of the weekly student Tiger Ticket drawing for practicing the ROAR behavior expectations at Pine River-Backus Elementary School. Nations was nominated for being “Responsible” by his teacher, Mrs. Dallas.
