Nurse practitioner Jaime L. Sather joined Lakeland Psychiatry Clinic at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.
She joins a team who cares for patients by diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders.
Originally from the Brainerd lakes area, Sather moved back from Florida.
Sather earned both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. She is certified as a family psychiatric nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Sather has worked in mental health for more than 10 years, having previously worked as a nurse on the Grace Unit for eight years.
Before joining Essentia Health, she worked the past two years in Florida as a nurse practitioner in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, serving clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
