Kevin Damm is now one of the chefs in the Executive Room at The Old Milwaukee Club in Ideal Township along with chef Tom Johnson, subject to availability.
Damm is currently working at Golden Horizons Assisted Living in Crosslake. He has more than 30 years of experience as a chef, working previously at restaurants such as Riverside Inn and Manhattan Beach Lodge in the Crosslake area, The Grouper House in Naples, Fla, and the former EdgeWater Inn south of Breezy Point.
The Executive Room is a five-course dining event at The Old Milwaukee Club, available by reservations only.
