Lakewood Health System in Staples was recently awarded the Best-in-Class Seal by HR Solutions for the second year in a row.
This honor is awarded to select organizations whose employee survey scores are within the top 10 percent of Employee Engagement and Overall Job Satisfaction levels.
The names of the award winners will be sent to national publications such as Chicago Tribune, HR Magazine, The New York Times and USA Today.
