6:30 p.m. — Snowmobile/ATV parade, community bonfire and free hot dogs donated by Mark’s Market and Cass Company Insurance
7 p.m. — Fabulous Fireworks over Birch Lake
7:30 p.m. — Horse Racing at American Legion
8:30 p.m. — Music at Hackensack Legion
Saturday, Jan. 26
9 a.m. to noon — 2nd annual Paul Bunyan Family Fishing Contest—Birch Lake
9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Rendezvous at Deep Portage Learning Center
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Treasure Hunt (purchase maps at Visitor’s Center, pick up prizes at Bear Pause Theater by 3 p.m.)
Noon ‘til gone — Chili Feed at Hackensack Legion
Noon — Ice Racing on Birch Lake, ice permitting
1 p.m. — PAMDA Penguin Plunge on Birch Lake
5:30-7 p.m. — Dinner at Community Building: Sloppy Pauls, chips, slaw, dessert and beverages for $5; Also cash bar
7 p.m. — High NRG presents game show night at Community Bldg.—$5
8 p.m. — Dance to the Groove Kings at Legion
Sunday, Jan. 27
8:30-11:30 a.m. — Breakfast—Hackensack Legion
Noon — Raffle Drawing—Visitor’s Center
Noon — Ice Racing—Birch Lake—ice permitting
