Fun Books for Kids handed out 622 books Friday, Dec. 21 — one for every Eagle View Elementary School student.
The organization also handed out books to each Crosslake Community School student and students in the School Readiness program through Early Childhood Family Education in Pequot Lakes.
More than 4,000 books are handed out to students through various programs throughout the year through Fun Books for Kids.
This is Fun Books For Kids’ 15th year. It is a donation-funded program.
