Grand View Lodge and the owner of Liquor Boy, John Wolf, announced that Liquor Boy will be the exclusive Twin Cities retail sales outlet for Grand View Lodge’s signature private label wines starting Thursday, Dec. 27.
To celebrate this arrangement, there will a complimentary tasting conducted by Grand View staff from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, plus a chance to win a trip for two to Grand View Lodge’s new winter wine and culinary weekend — de’Vine — this January.
Customers can register at Liquor Boy from Dec. 27-Jan. 12. The drawing will take place Monday, Jan. 14.
In 2012, Grand View Lodge introduced its signature wines, a Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cote family, fourth generation owners of Grand View Lodge, partnered with the Scotto Family, fifth generation California winemakers, to blend a unique wine exclusively for the Nisswa property.
The wines, also featuring a label designed by Nisswa artist Jerry Raedeke, were created to enhance the Grand View experience that until now had only been available only at the resort.
Liquor Boy is in St. Louis Park.
