Kay Paulus from Lakes Area Food Allergy Support will present a Food Allergy Survival Skills class from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Pequot Lakes High School.

From label reading, kitchen safety and cooking with ingredient substitutions, to dining out, family/social events, child care, school and travel, avoiding allergens can feel overwhelming.
