Paprika Flavored Butter
2 cups butter, softened
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, combine butter, cheese, onion, paprika, pepper and salt. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well combined. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Remove from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before serving to allow the butter to come to room temperature.
Serve with corn on the cob.
