Chef's Hat: Potato Salad Dry Rub

Potato Salad Dry Rub

2 teaspoons salt

1 1/4 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary

1/4 teaspoon celery seeds

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Can be stored in an air tight container up to one month.

Potato salad Dressing

5 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Stir all ingredients together, mix well. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
