The Center for Lifelong Learning at Central Lakes College on Monday, Feb. 11, will present “Oh My Aching Joints” from 4-5:30 p.m. in E203 of the Business and Industry Center on the Brainerd campus of CLC.
The program will discuss common bone and joint ailments and how to manage them by staying active. It will describe and demonstrate exercises to optimize strength, expose signs and symptoms of arthritis, and provide tips for relief and possible options for care.
Cost is $6 for non-members but free to CLL members. Consider a membership to enjoy the many benefits of this enriching health series and other programming developed through the input of members.
