Unlimited Learning’s 10th annual Night of Fine Dining will be Friday, Oct. 26, at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge.
Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with seating for dinner at 6:45 p.m., followed by a culinary demonstration with Terry Dox, executive chef at Ruttger’s for more than 30 years.
Dox will create a four-course double entree fall dinner. His “secret” recipes of the evening’s menu will be available for everyone.
