Monster Dash attracts 150 runners

The Parks and Library (PAL) Foundation of Crosslake hosted its annual Monster Dash 5K run/walk and costume contest Saturday, Oct. 26.

Participants were encouraged to come in costume. Among the runners were the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a bloody doctor, Medusa and many more.

Funds raised by the event go toward the PAL Foundation. There were 150 participants recorded for the event. The top 10 runners and finishing times were:

Ethan Olson: 20:00.

Tyler Spaulding: 21:07.

Marc Williams: 21:20.

Justin Benzick: 21:56.

Father Nick Nelson: 22:12.

Christopher Rudland: 22:15.

Charles Welte: 23:04.

Liz Larson: 23:11.

Sam Person: 23:35.

Mick Justin: 23:48.
