Dakota Dave Hull is the next musical artist scheduled to perform in the Grassroots Concerts series at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, in the Live Well Nightclub and Coffee Bar, Nisswa.
Hull’s guitar style spans a wide musical geography, creating a blend of jazz, ragtime, folk, blues, Western swing and vintage pop. He spent his early days at the Coffeehouse Extempore playing with Sean Blackburn, and in recent years has put out albums on his own Arabica label.
The rest of the Silver Anniversary Grassroots Concerts Season includes: Nov. 8, Chastity Brown; and Nov. 22, Mary Bue.
Admission is $10 at the door for adults and $5 for children under 12 with listening attention, when accompanied by an adult. Seating is first-come, first-served. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The Live Well Nightclub and Coffee Bar, 5459 County Road 18, is located in the Journey Church across from the A&W Restaurant and next to the school in Nisswa.
