The Itasca Moraine Chapter of the North Country Trail Association will host a guided snowshoe hike at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Shingobee Recreation parking lot on top of the hill just off Highway 34 southwest of Walker. Arrive early and enjoy sliding and a fire in the chalet.
